any idea friends.... when they say dealing with my application how long would it take after that? any experiences on that? mine is a straightforward case.

called the homeoffice just now and a nice lady after taking all my details said that they have received the doctors letter and the other documents that I have sent them and the system shows that they are dealing with it. she said my application is the relevant department and they are dealing with it...
