Yes i understand that but mine question is after my ILR approval still she can extend her without switching to FLR(M),because for FLR(M) there is English requirement?

She can extend on this form or possibly switch to flr(m ) but the 'clock' for settlement may be reset with the latter. Also flr(m) has an English and financial requirement. If you met an English requirement for EC that should suffice for settlement in addition to LIUK.
Visa stamped:8/2/13
Entered uk :9/3/13
There will be any English requirement for her when applying as PBS dependent.

She can extend as a PBS dep until she qualifies. I assume you were a T1 applicant throughout your 5 years. Yes I am tier 1 general through out 5 years,so when she will be eligible for ILR?and also please can you reply for my first question regarding English language after 28th October rules change....
