hi yes i have an eea family permit .however old passport is 15 years old with leave expired in 1993 . i understand that its not a problem to come back to the uk ,but a major burden entering one . no schengen visa will be issued with this kind of setup ,although switzerland dont impose a visa on me ....

i have been awarded a 5 years visa in january 2008 .my wife is an EU citizen i applied using my long expired passport .i have been issued a paper by the home office with my immigration status i need to travel to switzerland next monday ( funeral ) .and need to endorse my new passport with the status...

of all examples possible (of course you'd rather liken it to a crime ) you have chosen "MURDER" people come to this country for various reasons ,some get denied freedom ,some food some simply aspire to a more confortable life it is amazing how you get stigmatise just for being here illegal...

he is british ,and she is algerian born with a resident visa in canada

they had a religious ceremony ,but no civil marriage papers
she has been here on a tourist visa with 2 months left

well CEU (croydon enforcement unit )explained to my brother that all they do ,is find detention space availabilty ,arrange removal flights and raid on people that are reffered to them . they got him twice in fact

i also not sure if the CEU is this very departement
