Hello,
I have ILR and my wife came Nov 2012 and now she applied for extension in May 2014.
Question is do my wife have to spend five years with me or two years for ILR.
Can anyone give me wright answer.

That's up to you, however, you must remeber that the questions must be answered truthfully on the application otherwise that can be viewed as deception not to mention invalidate the application.
