Re: flr(fp)

Agreed Casa, solicitor should do it. But when such happened to us, our solicitor did not do anything, we only got to the bottom of the fact after writing to the case worker who then sent another copy of the decision letter. We eventually got a copy of the decision letter after the appeal deadline, w...

Re: flr(fp)

It has probably been sent to the wrong address.
you could call the customer line to confirm the address that it was sent to.
I pray the window for you to appeal won't have ended (if there is any) before you receive it, if not it could make things more complicated.

Hello G061,
Does it mean you won't have to reschedule your appointment or go back to Croydon . Only to wait for a call to confirm decision?

Re: Any call or news for 3rd May 2016 PEO Croydon Attendees?

I had the same experience at Shefield today. Had an email and then a call about1.30hours to my appointment, when I was already 30mins to Sheffield. I was tempted to still get to the PEO office to argue my case, but I thought I would probably save myself £15 cab fee by agreeing to rebooking on the pho...

Hello Muffin, Today is just 06416, so you are only 3 days late. hopefully you have not had previous overstaying period. As long as your previous overstay is not more than 28 days. My advice is to fill in your application asap or get the lawyer to do it asap, and ensure you post it today. All the best

Most likely not but I am not sure.
One must have applied before end of valid leave to have 3c leave.

Re: ILR refused. Admin Review OR FLR (FP)?

Hello Tirma, I can imagine the kind of pressure you are under tight now. God will see you through. My personal advice is that you need to weigh your options . Your 3c will only continue if you apply for the flr fp before ur current leaves expire. Are you sure the AR result will be positive, I don't ...

Re: FLR (M) Visa and Plan B

Since she is nit an overstayer, in my opinion her case is not complex and she should be able to use peo for flrfp. the guidaince form said one can use PEO as well.
I am not a legal practitioner though.

Re: FLR (M) Visa and Plan B

hello Casa,
I am wondering why not, since haghash wife is not an overstayer, he has ilr, and daughters registration is in progress. Is this not straightforward enough for a PEO application or do you mean flrfp application should not be made @ PEO

You can try your luck to get a job. But technically 3c does not apply during a JR, with my experience an ECS by an employer will come up as negative.
