Jai Jawan,

I am also from India and I had the same question, as my mother is dependent on me. I had asked this quesdtion to Britih High Commission office, Mumbai via email, and they replied that, I can not take her as my dependent, but can definitely invite her on Visitor VISA.

Saurabh, Can you please specify whther you got HSMP approval or WorkPermit Approval? because if you have got HSMP approval, no need to show any UK Employer sponsor letter to get visa and no need to have any employment in UK as well. Of course you can do so. Its well understood that the MAsters can eb done only after Bachelors (Graduation), so waht they require is a minimum of graduate level degree, Just go ahead with the MAster's Degree Certificate.

yes rao,

you are right that you can claim earnign points for the income on which u have pauid tax or lets say it in other words that the source of income, which u have shown on your income tax return.

I think in this case, i would at elast say that our GEneral Hospitals are far better and humanitarian staff is there in comparision with NHS.

SO far as i know it doesn't take more than 4 days and less than 2 days for EC from Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai. No idea about Kolkata.
