I totally sympathise with your situation but all you could do is just wait and hope you get your visa soon. Just write a letter to the complains department and write a letter to your MP.

March 2014…. well if your appeal is pending in march then i assume it will take another 6-7 months for them to process your visa. I'm afraid you might have to wait till Dec 2014 .

I used BoseCO... my lawyer suggested to use them, fortunately they have a good relationship with UKBA and till now all the Tier 1 extension cases they have taken have been approved.

HR

If you guys had applied through a lawyer or if you are using a solicitor. Then your solicitor can write all the appeal details on his/her letter head and confirm your right to work in the UK.

You will be ok.Don't worry.

Guys! If you think that this your country and you are here to add value to it , trust me believe in yourself it will happen. I was very lucky, my lawyer kept in touch with my caseworker and she convinced her that if the case goes to the court they will lose it. Thank you UKBA!!! <3<3<3<3<3
