True if you dont know what you want to do then why are you even applying for a Tier 1 entrepreneur. It will be an utter waste of time and money plus it will add on to the pile of backlog! at UK BA!!

well.. go for paper hearing one week before the hearing , it will take them some time to process it. Or give some medical reason. Once you have completed 10 yrs.. go for ILR

Hello Everyone Here is a brief history of my case: Applied 50K category:22nd FEb Refusal: 3rd May Appeal : 13th May Reason : Contract not signed by other party. The contract was written in a way that neither party had to sign it. I signed the contract, my "timesheet" was signed by manager....

Get a letter from your lawyer , yes you still have a valid PSW, till the judge makes a decision on your application.. Feel free to work... Your lawyer or you can print the appeal guideline from UK BA website, which clearly states that under the appeal process your immigration status remains the same...

a) bank statement that money has been deducted
b) Royal mail delivery confirmation note.

Is it possible to make a complaint against their rude letters, despite of telling them that I had made the appeal they sent me a letter saying that I should leave the country as I havent taken any action to legalise my stay !! phew!
