Obviously being married to british citizen is a much more straightforward application, hence it took less time..but that's just my opinion

Thanks for your feedback guys. I think the response you got from the UKBA rep is a standard one, in line with information on the letter all of us received. However, I do believe it will be much sooner, but no one knows even roughly when. Let's just pray good news will come soon! Good luck to everybody

This will not be a problem, lawyers/NCS confirmed this. Just put 'Unemployed' in the box for Employment

Just to give some feedback on my appointment at NCS to submit the application for Citizenship. They said bank statement / latest payslips were not required. Also they charged £5 to make a copy of the application, so I recommend everybody making their own copies before going to the NCS appointment to...
