I am frustrated guys what do you all suggest me ? Applied FLR(0)end so Sep 2012, Biometrics done on 26th Feb on decision yet.. It's 10months old application , shall I go to my MP or Ombudsman Plz advice ... Apparently you have to first contact your MP, then Ombudsman hun. Have you made a complaint ...

It seems most people who r granted 2.5 or 3 years have, a child, british partner or are under 25. I am in none of these categories. Though I have spent half my life here. If I get a negative decision from HO I am going to give up , As my case was fought on Human rights in L/U tribunal and I was refused , Firstly when I went to my solicitor he gave me 2option either article 8 or DLR in Oct 2010 I choose to go for article 8, after being refused in Sep 2012...
