I have applied on 27th Sep 2012, done Biometrics 26th Feb 2013... No result yet , spoke to HO couple of times and realised its a waste of time & money..

Does anyone know if a caseworker using his discretion can grant an ILR instead of DLR ? Yes it is possible for a Caseworker to grant you ILR instead of FLR(O). Alhamdullilah!!!! I just found out a package is on it's way I have been granted 2.5 years!! I'm still in shock..Thanking Allah..still..It's been 13 long years of heartache and pain.. I spoke to a lady last week she said the same to me "waiting to be allocated to a case working team"...she also said the customer service team is in Croydon ie 0870 number where we contact HO ,,Whereas our files are at Sheffield with case working team..until the file moves to next level or...

Letter of supports approx 9 letters and a page full of family & friends address and names...

I have spent abt £ 6000 for my ACCA....which is not valid back home...
Wish the case worker can understand....

I have submitted all documents, I have been working till 2010, submitted pay slips, utility bills, P60 ,bank statements, blood donation badge, tenancy agreement etc..I have also submitted that I am doing my ACCA , (now qualified in dec 2012) hmmmm Blood donation badge?!
