When I sent my review request, HSMP's fax was not working, so I just sent it through email, and called the following day to confirm they have received it.

Good luck.

I think everything is possible. But keep in mind that it will be a different case worker, and he/she might not have the same opinion as the one who dealt with your first application.

You can call them and ask for the decision. They usually tell it on the phone.

Good luck, I hope you receive good news!

Does a new application count as a review?

Hi I understand candidates are allowed 2 reviews. Does a new application count as a review? I am waiting for the result of my review, if it's negative again I am uncertain if I will apply for another free review or try a fresh application with additional documents. If I am allowed to send a new appl...

Hi, I sent HSMP Team the AWB (Air way bill), which is a form where the contents of the package have to be declared and it has to be signed. As HSMP does not sign any documents, I filled it out myself, signed and sent it via DHL to my casework, and asked him to give this form along with my documents ...

No, I am not claiming points for education. HSMP Guidance says: 7.2.1 Graduate level work experience would normally be a role within a company or institution that would require you to have a minimum educational standard of a UK first-degree level qualification or equivalent. You do not necessarily h...

Yes, I agree... something is not right... I think my application has been incorrectly assessed... Because I can't find a reasonable reason for my application to be refused... The lack of the address on the letter head paper is understandable, but not enough to justify a refusal, as all the informati...

Hi, Thank you for your replies. I'm sorry to insist on the subject, it's just that I want to get things clear so as not to make the same mistakes again. I called HSMP and the person who answered the phone read to me the notes the caseworker wrote. As far as she could see, all the information was ver...

I just find it amazing that my work experience was discarded because my reference letter didnt have the address of the company... even though they sucessfully verified all the infomation contained on it directly with my employer... Besides, why bother checking if it cannot be used?

Ok, I will wait the result of my free review, I have sent it with an urgent request (I have a job offer), so it will probably be dealt with in the next couple of weeks. If it's negative, I will go for a paid review.

Isnt there a way you could get other originals?
Maybe you should not wait for home office to find them (if that ever happens), try to get those documents re-issued. Is it possible?
