I been to the UT today hearing. I didn't get judgement yet. I have to wait 1 week more. boz Rodriguez evidential flexibility isn't apply more any cases. I don't know what judge decision. only one reason missing signature is still there.

I have hearing on 13th March in ut. how many days they take for decision letter. did you get any reply from them.

Actually, judge review it and then decide to permission is granted. when we received letter for reason for ground against the decision then within 21 days they issue hearing date.

I got ground of arguments letter from the court.
I got hearing date 13th March.

I got ground of ho argument is that we didn't sign declaration in application. but we submit new declaration in ft appeal. judge accept on evidence flexibility. Ho said that judge should not allowed to accept new docs.
