I really appreciate your quick reply :)
But I have one more question. The form is so expensive that she may consider just to extend her current visa. In that case she will use FLR(M)
and in taht case: does she need to pass language test ?

Thanks for quick reply. He obtained PR as a family member of EU nation. He got divorced few years ago and married my friend. I had the feeling that should should use SET(M) :D :D Am I right that she can apply before her visa expire or 28 days before the date that she arrived to UK with her two years...
