See it all depends on when your salary gets credited in a month. Simple calculation says September should be fine and I dont see any issues you using that as long as the salary gets credited in your account. If I would have been in your position I would got for some day in first week of december and...

I think if you are on Tier1 general and you got extension then you dont really have to be getting the same salary for whole of duration.

I am just curious what do you mean by saying 'I know that I will have to show the same salary' where did you get this from ?

NO that is not possible, In all circumstances she had to pay extra and in full whether you do it by applying together at the same PEO (you applying for ILR and she applying for further leave to remain (Tier 1 extension)) or doing on seperate days, she has to pay the full £1920 fees, you cant get awa...

I guess you can do that as I have seen people in this forum doing the same. If I were you I would do the following (1) Book a date for the primary applicant (SET O) ILR application. (2) Ask the dependant to book as TIER1 PBS dependant same date as the primary one but choose the time some what close...

My suggestion 1. You can apply for your ILR 28 days before October 14 2013, so in case you dont have leave to remain upto that date.. apply by post on last week even last day.. that would be beneficial in your case of saving some £s . You shouldnt apply in PEO if you want to save money else you hav...
