Hi Sathya and all, hope all are doing well. I received the surrender certificate for my wife today and it reads as "issued to Mr/Ms <firstname> <lastname>" . Could you please help to clarify if it needs to read as Mrs or they generally only issue like this? Thank you.
Thanks @sathyauk. But just called vfs helpline to confirm on that and they said appointment is mandatory and there is no walk-in service available for VFS Goswell. So thinking if I can give it a go tomorrow afternoon or Monday morning one I booked already.
