Well look at the bright side you don't have to pay to pay 300 Euro for Gnib and 100 Euro for Re-entry. It's all free of charge.. So am sure you can manage few proof of address..

Happen to me as well not passport but something else after so many email no reply so i wrote a letter and went there, talk to the old security guy see if he can give your letter to the supervisor instead.. I did the same and my document were posted back to me the day

Yea, it is straightforward, just bring urself, ur passport, your spouse passport and old gnib card.. they wont even ask u a question and you dont even have to pay anything .. so happy days 5 year stamp 4 and re entry visa is 5 yrs as well..
