Hi guys Does 28 days period count as safe when you apply for long residence four months early through varying the application ? I have applied early and got another twenty days left for completion of ten years. Any opinion what would be the outcome of it ?? Regards Ramos you have to be really lucky...

Guys don't blame Royal mail for this. They have clearly mentioned in terms and conditions that redirection do not apply on special delivery and signed for packages and specially if they are from Govt. departments. hi Hassan you have to show the remaining fees plus £1680 maintenance I don't think you will stand a chance in appeal doesn't matter if you show installment plan from college. Best thing to do is make a fresh application within the next 28 days. Guru's can shed some light on the matter and correct me...

If you test detects a proxy taker, then you will be refused on the grounds of deception. But as you are a spouse of a settled person, you will not be removed as in the case with others. What about people who applied ILR and have previous history of toeic?? I heard they are sending out letters that your case will take more than 6 months to process.
