Re: UK immigration

Is it mentioned in your contract letter. I mean you must have a contract letter/appointment letter that should state your salary + benefits(accomodation/house provided). If its documented then shouldn't be any problem.

Its my personal opinion and I am not an expert so wait for their opinion as well.

Hi obie,
Do you mind providing me the link that will take me to all the chapters. I am actually looking for Article 8 guidance but the only guidance I came through was chapter 13 regarding criminal deportations. I would grately appreciate if you post that link.

Thanks in advance :)

Re: Asylum support and Judicial Review

Its all complicated because I know someone who has submitted fresh claim recently and he is also on section 95.
I think the point you raised related to the removal(under consideration/delay due to some reasons) could be the case.

Anyways, Thanks for the reply :)

Asylum support and Judicial Review

Hi, I need some advice. I applied for asylum which was refused and then I applied for Human rights under article 8 which was also refused. Now, I am planning to go for judicial review on that but someone told me that if you go for judicial review your support will be stopped or you may be put under ...
