There are rumours that the funds (50k) needs to be transferred in the Business within the first 3 month of issuing the visa. Please share your views on it with evidence from rules and policy.

During the hearing what was OH representative's argument and what was your answer when they raised the point about your name not being mentioned on the advertisement? I mean on what grounds the judge allowed the appeal? was it difficult to connivence judge?

In your case waiting is the only healthy option. The refusal reasons you have mentioned has very good chances to win the appeal and so many others have already won, please check the forum. In worst scenario if your appeal get refused you still have an option to go to upper Tribunal and so on... If y...

My understanding from the guideline is that if you made out of time application only once and with in 10 day out of time would be counted as continues residence for 10 years rout.
