They are already delaying the applications..it's time for April applicants but still march applicants are waiting

Yes right we had filled appendix 2 and it's based on FM SE immigration rules appendix

But even that I am not sure this applies to us or not...

This minimum threshold requirement decision doesnot apply to us as we have filled the appendix VA4Fa...the court decision applies to those who filled appendix FM Se...so I don't thinkso this decision relate to us
