If your wife is on PBS Dependent visa, then the right form she should use is PBS Dependent visa form for extension. I got this message from Home Office. You may check all your questions directly emailing Home Office email address SettlementOpsPolicy@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk. What I do not know is if yo...

Sorry to hear that! Usually if an application is not straight forward, then they take few more days to announce the outcome. It is unfortunate that because of less staff your application is still being processed. Don't worry, just hold your breath for little more time! Good luck!

Cheers

What they do is first an officer verify your documents and take payment. Once payment is through, then you are allowed to go to Biometrics and Case Worker taking up your case.

ILR Approved at PEO Solihull

I am pleased to share with you guys my ILR is approved today at Solihull PEO. I am on WP + Tier 1 (General) visa in my last 5 consecutive years of stay in the UK. I have been following several posts on this wonderful website and gradually gained knowledge to apply on my own. Thanks to all who spent ...

Thanks Guys.

Yes, I have been following several posts where people got ILR without submitting absence letters. Because I had an opportunity I could get absence letters and taking along without taking a chance :)

Thanks Sushdmehta. Re absence letter, as per the SET(O) application form you need to provide. However, we have been seeing people are not being asked or case worker not being particular about this evidence. Check page 14 of SET(O) document. Evidence of all work-related absences (including paid annua...

Also, regarding 11L, do I need to submit any other documentation? And also do I need to select this box?

Thank you for your replies. @ginger.garlic I should have mentioned it. But, yes I'm on Tier 1 General visa. Initially when I came to the UK I was on company sponsored Work Permit visa then I switched to Tier 1 General Highly skilled visa within the country and had an extension. So, my visa is WP + T...

ILR SET(O) (from Tier 1 G) application questions

Hi, I'm preparing myself for the PEO appointment. I just wanted to get clarification on some questions in the SET(O) application form. 6.1 When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which thi...

I need No.9 document because I have absences both holidays and long break (140 days continuous).

No.10 because HMRC sent the whole bunch of my P60s and Employment History details pinned. I would like to submit as it is. I can just provide Employment History details as well.

P60 for the last 5 years is nice to have as this gives information to a Case Worker that you are economically active in the last 5 years. If you do not have this, you can get Employment History details for the last 5 years from HMRC.

Thanks guys! Points based calculator online is not properly developed. If ILR application needs Points Based Calculator report, then why is ILR not mentioned in the selection? It is only limited to Tier 1. I think I need to assume as if I'm applying for Tier 1 (General) extension and then get the re...

Congratulations Pratik! :) I'm in the same situation like you. I need to get my ILR and process PBS dependent visa for my wife. I have few questions if you may answer. 1) How old are your 12 month bank statements at the time of your application? 2) How long maximum your continuous absence? And were ...
