HSMP Approved!! Guidance needed

Hi I had applied for HSMP in Nov 04. Since my student visa was expiring in Dec 04 I had to send my FLR application before the student visa expired. My Nov 04 application was refused recently and was awarded 55 points only.I then made a fresh application which has been approved. My original FLR filed...

Hi

Thanks for your reply.

Now if my FLR comes back with a refusal will they stamp my passport? Will this create a problem when I apply for EC from my home country?

How many days do I have to leave UK after FLR refusal?

Regards

How many days to appeal against FLR refusal

Hi My HSMP was refused a day back and I am planning to submit a new application. Meanwhile the FLR application I had submitted separately is likely to be refused. My question is "How many days do I have to appeal against the FLR decision?" If I submit a new application to HO, say tomorrow,...

yes you can apply for hsmp while on student visa. however to be able to switch to hsmp visa, you must have graduated. so it is better if you apply for hsmp closer to your date of graduation. nowadays it is taking anything from 1-4 weeks for hsmp approval. keep your fingers crossed that this time fra...

ITR is a must, form 16 can be done away with provided you submit last 12 months salary slips.

In addition to ITR, Sal slips, a statement from your employer giving gross salary and its breakup (on letter head) will do good

Out of status if HSMP app is withdrawn

I am in country applicant and applied in Oct 04. I also sent in application for FLR (IED) before my student visa expired. No decision has been taken on either. My question is : If I were to withdraw my Oct 04 application (the HSMP one), let the FLR application be where it is and submit a new one (as...

as chess said - a tricky situation! you have the following options: 1. In FLR (IED) write your current situation as HSMP and send it with the required documentation such as passports, bank statements etc. 2. Speak to your case worker and see if they can convert your In-country HSMP approval to an Ou...

hi my view is that wife goes in as dependent of main hsmp applicant. while applying for EC you have to substantiate funds availability for two people now, till such time one of you gets a job - say for 3-6 months. it doesnt matter if points for wife were claimed or not, as hsmp dependent she can wor...

In-country HSMP application to external application

My HSMP application (submitted about 4 months back) has not yet come up for a decision and looking at the published time lines - there's gonna be a wait of another 3 months (if luck is on my side!!!). Meanwhile I have to travel out of UK and by the time I return, my visa would have expired. Is it po...
