Hi ca4fil, I am in the same situation as you and was concerned about the phrasing of this question. However, after consulting with a few friends who got their ILR and were in the same boat as me, it is understood that this refers to the date on which the ILR application is based. So in your case, if...

Hi chelsea2014, you ought not to worry! If you read the Statement of Changes in detail, you will notice that the new rules are applicable to people applying for ' limited leave to remain ' i.e. Tier 4 and others. This does not apply to ILR applications at the moment but you never know when will the ...

thanks mate, you have been great help! I am still a little confused about the 'number of hours this salary is based on' question as I am thinking this would be 37.5*52 whereas I saw another post where the guy said 37.5 for both boxes. Wish UKBA could make it more clear! Regarding 6.1, I have a feeli...

ms2013 - check page 21 of 31 of the following UKBA document, you should be fine with your EC date as long as you did not delay more than 90 days which you have already indicated that you haven't! For peace of mind, just read the entire document. How did your application go - wishing it was a success...

Hi Leicester Boy, If your employer is in a position to certify this, just take it in case. But as I understand, it is not mandatory to provide absence letter for Tier 1 but it is compulsory for Tier 2 and WP Settlements. Format of the letter can be found using the sticky at: http://www.immigrationbo...
