Currently i am on tier 2 general but i am planning to switch to tier 2 depedent .

Is it possible to apply for ILR on 10 years rule on tier 2 dependent status because the main applicant will not be eligible for ILR.

Hi there If you are getting paid lower than minimum salary as per experienced worker rate for ur soc code or earning less than 20300, the chances are bleak.
