hey guys, it looks like i'm going to be 34 days short of applying for ilr on 10 year rule. lawyer says 28 day early application isn't permitted b/c of shortfall and even if it was HO would reject b/c of 6 day shortfall. i might go see another lawyer for a second opinion but also wanted to know what...
