Could anyone have idea I have appeal hearing date 7/7/14 , but my name is not appearing on 07/07/14 daily court list which updates daily on HM Courts & Tribunals Services website. Is it error or Home Office has withdrawn case ?

Hi, just want to know what is the latest timeline for Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa ? How much time they are taking to send acknowledgement, biometrics letter and usually how much time for decision?
If any one had applied in July please share your experience
