Do read the link! Thanks amber According to the guidance benefits can be included as income. application form flr m 7 b says Sponsor should adequatly maintain you without recourse to public funds. These are 2 contradicting points. I am confused. Please can you explain me . Many thanks for your help

i have asked council officer and he told me HB claim will be on my name. i am the claimant.my wife is not claiming HB.so it will not have any negative effect on my wife visa/future ilr.

It's sent 2nd class signed for which can't be traced before it's delivered.

Mine took 2 days to reach me so if they posted out today you should get it on Wednesday.

FLR(M) submit the application before April 6th, write in the application to decide the case after yours and tell them you'll send A1 English as soon as your spouse does it.
