Hi, congratulations and thanks for putting it up.... I am in a same situation as you were ..therefore if you could tell me whether you submitted application by your self or through solicitor. your help in this matter will much appreciated as my 10 years period have been completed in December 2014......

You must go for appeal. Once they issued you Tier1 PSW already even they knew that you been previously refused under 320(7b) and you used deception. By law they can't refuse you now where you previously granted the leave. There is Upper Tribunal decision in similar case and appealant won the case. I...
