i want to apply to retain right of residence but i dont know if i got a chance to get it or no I advice you stick to the guidelines for application for PR via EEA 4 forms. Depending on RROR you are claiming, it may be vital to provide evidence EEA was exercising treaty rights in UK after wedding pr...

As advised re-apply with the original passport and request it back after receiving your COA. Its simple and straight-forward. You may apply after spouse comes back from travel or do it now if he/she is not travelling any more as the process takes some time. Wish you the best

@ice_breaker: Contact you MP via mail requesting for assistance and also explain what you are going through. MP's have a direct line to address such issues

If I understand you, you made an application before the Proxy marriage was allowed; it was refused and you want to make a fresh application now that it has been allowed. I would say yes to that but you need to attach as many evidences as possible. All the best

Good that you won the appeal. Is it First tier or Higher? You need to wait to see if the HO will apply for appeal to Higher Tribunal if its First you won. Should they not, then you need wait 6-8 weeks under which in some cases nothing happens. So my advice to you is to contact your MP after 4 weeks ...

Hey Kash, I would rather advice you await a decision of the withdrawal because from experience, most withdrawn cases lead to issuance of visa as HO would have understanding that the case can not be won at appeal thus the withdrawal. I will advice you get your T1 and then proceed to the next one 10 y...

Some more information as the refusal letter states may help in understanding the situation as it stands but i do believe your best option is appeal where you stand more chances or basically get all the required documentation and reapply

You'd need to show and prove any tangible losses you'd incurred and what steps you'd taken to mitigate them. Did you inform UKBA of the new solicitor? Did the new solicitor inform UKBA they'd be taking the case?Too many intangibles mate, let it go. Many thanks for the reply. Yeah a form was filled ...
