You'd need to show and prove any tangible losses you'd incurred and what steps you'd taken to mitigate them. Did you inform UKBA of the new solicitor? Did the new solicitor inform UKBA they'd be taking the case?Too many intangibles mate, let it go. Many thanks for the reply. Yeah a form was filled ...

I completely understand your pains and what you are going through. As it stands the Government has given directive to reduce immigration and now they are doing it aggressively to the point that most applications are thrown out to appeal (Judges) to decide. Now the tricky bit is the judicial system i...

Many thanks for that prompt reply. Does it mean that I can thereafter make a claim (monetary) against UKBA at the UTT? Because in actual fact, I have not been able to work for quite a while now and would have expected them to speed things up after the appeal was allowed but it's the other way round....

Most times, the judge will want to make a decision on the same day unless there is any further disagreements which need clarified. If not, you will receive the decision via post after a maximum of "14 days" (not actual but from experience).

Grazia, I would suppose you have chosen the Oral hearing instead of paper. You have enough time between now and hearing date to prepare. My advice would be to use the website below to check which hearing is close to you and you can witness one to have an understanding of the way it works. Its a very...

My own approach to this matter is completely different. I will not question why they have decided to decline the application fully understanding that UKBA decisions are based on discretion at the service of individual case worker. I would rather look for evidences to back my claims up at the tribuna...
