This is the only drawback (No chip and pin device) of going to Solihull. Congrats mate! When you pay online, was there opti...

Life in UK results are valid forever, no matter which edition of exam is effective. I passed the exam in March sometime, when old edition was in in effect. I applied the ILR this month.

I was absent for 4 or 5 different occassions. For 4 absences, I had employer letter, for 5th one I had written personal letter. Hence, I had ticked letter from employer. If you had only once absence then tick other and say personal letter.

As long you can claim required points, you are good to go for ILR. We all know, there is no fund maintenance requirement for ILR application. However, its good to show income from wife. SET (O) forms has a section where it asks how much you and your wife earn each month. There, you should anyway men...

Father in law owning home and having some money in bank account is good. It will definitely help. If your income is sufficient to support then no need to include her. If you are in doubt, then do include her payslips. 9 out of 10 times, family visitor visa are approved, without any hassle. Best of l...

Your parents-in-laws need to show stronger ties with home country (Azerbaijan). To do so, your father in law can show his savings, property he owns, any other investments he may have in Azerbaijan.

Hi ramadnk,

Thanks. Its fine as long as your absences are under 180 days in one year. I was away for 147 days in first year and go the ILR. I would suggest you to apply based on 20th Oct 2008.

Hope this helps.

Cheers!

Letter from accountant is one of mandatory requirement when your source of earning is contracting/LTD company. This letter also demonstrates accountant is qualified and recognised/registered to competent body (e.g. CIMA).

Its good to carry P60s from last 5 years.

You do not need to provide any proof for Corporation Tax. A letter from your accountant confirming your earning is enough proof for UKBA. However, Accountant has to be recognised, as per the guidelines of UKBA e.g. CIMA registered

No issue at all.

You are paying Corporation Tax. Dividends are not untaxed.
