Its not a problem at all. When I had applied, all salary CRs had text 'Salary' and sometime employer's name, my name was never there.

Accomodation proof is indeed not a mandatory requirement. However, its good to provide it. You can book hotel using credit card, most of the hotel in UK do not charge untill first night of stay. If required, you can later cancel the booking without loosing any money.

2)ALLOWANCES paper print out - I can take the online allowances print out but i will really find very hard to get signed from my HR so is it ok if i give as it is or is it mandatory to get it signed?. 1. If he has local residency permit then he would be eligible to apply from France too. Here term residency permit means a long term visa e.g. L1 or H1 in USA, More than year long WP in UK etc.

Long post, posted in bold letter and posted at three places. You have not explained why do you think your EC shouldn't have been rejected? Alternatively, let us know what evidene you had enclosed in application? What kind of source of fund was used? Was it cash in account, DMAT, Shares, PPF, FD etc....
