You don't need to approach any consultant if you can study the UKBA website, Tier One policy guide and UKVisas website yourself.

If you have any geniune doubt then you can post it here. But do make sure if you read the policy guide 4-5 times.

If you degree and university are on PBS calculator and same also appears on English language requirement then your application will be through.

If your account has Maintenace Funds required for primary + dependents then you can use. Do not forget the plus (+) sign.

arunkumarprs, I was not addressing the amount required for applicants. I was addressing 7 days or 1 month rule for applicants. Even for in-country (UK) applicants, if they have yet not completed 12 months then they too have to show GBP 1600 for each dependent. I will retiterate what I wrote earlier....

Hi, But I was not in India for all the time before coming to UK. I was in US for first 6 months, then 3 months in India and then last 3 months in UK. The requirement of Maintenance (Funds) - on application day, your bank account should have minimum balance of GBP 2800 for past 90 days, no days balance should have gone below this limit.

Check your bank account and act accoringly.

There is no rule of enclosing 15 bank statements. And you do not need to find any practical example of approval on board.

12 Bank statements is a classic case. Please do not worry about it.
