Why do you want to submit IT returns document? And why do you submit it for last 4 years?

You have very fundamental queries. Hence, I would suggest you to study Previous earnings sections with better attention and the policy guide to evaluate if evidence is required for 4 years or less.

1. You would be eligible to apply EC from USA if you have long term visa (L1 or H1). Spend time on BA , UKVisas and your local Visa Applicantion Center ( VFS / World Bridge ) site to learn how to apply EC. Alternatively, search on this forum, you are not first person applying from USA 2. HSMP apporv...

No direct answer to the question you asked in your summary section. I will reiterate what others have said in those 6 threads. Statements having Duplicate or Copy word imprinted on template (bearing standard logo, address etc) and sent by post are considered original. You can try what others have do...

It should not be a problem. But, it all depends on the particular Caseworker who will work on your application.

Do not worry and go ahead with your application.

Re: Applying on 22nd July, please clarify some queries frien

1. Good. Why do you have doubt? 2. If I have opportunity then I would show history of 97 days, it only a suggestion. You don't need three separate statements, one having 97 days history. No need of any bank letter if you have original bank statements. If you maintained all cash in account (not fixed...

What are your main concerns? If you are sure your appliction was received before 30th June then it should be processed as per HSMP rules. 1. Yes

2. That would be great. Though its not a mandatory requirement but supplying Tax Certificate will strengthen your case because it will show income was subjected to Tax laws, not illegaly earned.

Best wishes,
Rajesh.

I do not think seeking 15 months statements can fit the requirement. An applicant may apply after 2-3 days of his claimed periond (12 months), provided he meets the requirement of Maintenance Funds too, then he would have only 12 bank statemets.

Hope I didn't miss to address anything?
