Have ever checked the PBS (Point Based System) of Tier-1? Answer to your first question lies there.

1. No. Only original degree is sufficient.

2. If this is headache then appear in TOFEL or IELTS. Easy?

I am not in India.

Most of European counties ask for legalization. You need to contact a consultant yourmanindia dot com. They charge high fees but they do it in very few days.

Which state in India you belong to? Based on this I assist further.

Legalization means attestation from government department (MEA - Ministry of Extenral Affairs). Some embassy's only accept legalization from State Home Department only. At state level, GAD (General Adminstration Department) does the legalization. How it happens: GAD sends your original document to d...

you need to have Groos paid, all deductions (e.g. Taxes, Employee Provident Funds etc) and the Net amount. Caseworker will tally net amount against the Income Tax Return Doucument or the bank statement.

Otheriwise, its not possible for caseworker to estabilish your earnings.

Thanks.

Age proof

Hi,

I do not have birth certificate. Hence, I would like to use my Driving licence (DL) to proof age. However, my initials of name is mentioned on it.

e.g. Mr. F. M. Surname
F = First Name
M = Middle Name

May Ihave your suggestions?

Thanks,
Rajesh.

Many IFs and ANDs.

If you have long term Work Permit visa, If you are including earnings made in Germany in your Past Earnings scoring and you have lease contract (rented house) a year long ONLY then you should apply.

I would say it shouldn't be problem. My employer sometimes writes company name and sometimes only word Salary. I think only the amount and the date matters.

Otherwise, caseworker can reject application for any silly reason. You just need to be lucky.

Good luck.

This post has nothing to do with HSMP. I think these changes should not make employers apprehensive, no reason to do so , unless they have poor knowledge of Immigration laws.
