I completely agree with u .. but i strongly feel that there r lots of duplicate jobs on jobserve...more over many jobs also have got offshored..

Even i have similar exp as u have even i am trying hard for last 1 month but not getting any.But it depends on luck as well a friend of mine got 1 contact in just 1 month.
Heard the market would be better my next month!

I think the market is bit slow at the moment.will be even better by march
ie the new finiancial yr begins.I have the same experience as u have still waiting to find one.
