their PSW application was rejected and they went for appeal which were withdrawn at last moment. So it was home offices' decision, home office was not implementing courts decision.

the judgement is really disappointing but some people are really lucky. Today after I heard this news i went to meet my solicitor along with my friend who is in exactly same situation. when we met our solicitor he had my firends PSW brp on his table.
