their PSW application was rejected and they went for appeal which were withdrawn at last moment. So it was home offices' decision, home office was not implementing courts decision.

Dnt know but on his fbook account he did mention

"CA's decision in PSW lead appeals. I appeared for Respondents and will keep you updated on further appeal to SC."

yes it does make sense and hope it doesn't come to the point that we have to go to European courts.
All this is too much stressful.

Who told you about JR application will be on hold until SC decision.
If same thing happens in S.court than what options do we have?

I don't understand why Zane didn't use discrimination point, law should be same for everyone. how can they issue visa to some and deny others.

the judgement is really disappointing but some people are really lucky. Today after I heard this news i went to meet my solicitor along with my friend who is in exactly same situation. when we met our solicitor he had my firends PSW brp on his table.
