there are many who got positive outcome......Tax amendments is not criminal offence....you have done the amendment when you feel like there is error in previous declaration.....dnt worry u shud be fine if u have valid reason......i have many frnds who got ILR after amendments........thanks

Well i can suggest you that you should definitely go and attend the interview...... there is no harm in it.....HO People are human they are not ghost........and they not gonna detain you.....there are many other ways they can detain you and send you back to your country its not difficult form them.....

if ur dependent is withdrawing salary than whats harm in it to send payslip and bank statement for the last 6 month to HO.. and why u need to confirm from home office customer service to find out whether to send or not? its not rocket science if u showing dependent income just for the safe side send...

As you have submitted degree in your initial application you do not need to send it again......and UK NAARIC and ESOL is irrelevant......

Offcourse yes you should write a letter and explain the situation to HO.....otherwise your application will be refuse and deception will imposed 100%...... you need to sort this issue out before making an application if you can't write a letter or you dont know the format consult a solicitor...this ...

You are going through 10 years LR shouldn't be a problem.....And u got Entrepreneur visa in feb 2015 but before your status was PSW so you can work......you will b fine.........dnt worry...........

You will be fine in ILR.....As traffic offence not consider to be a criminal but make sure you mention this in your application..... otherwise deception will be the result..........if it wud be citizenship application than it cud be a problem but for ILR you will be alright.

I have had the same issue but got succeeded in appeal...... All you need to do.... to be honest that your intention was not to deceive the system but you naturally thought that your point has been removed and you have contacted DVLA that you have clean licence and you no need to declare.....otherwis...
