we emailed them after 12 weeks and have heard nothing since - its really useless emailing them. they ignore you anyways!

we actually did email Gerry's also to ask for an update, they said that they couldn't help as they only manage the paperwork, sending and receiving it to the BHC.

they then gave us another email address and we have emailed them but haven't received any response... I think it's all dependant on luck!

we've applied on the 28th March 2013 from Karachi and still haven't heard anything yet.

seems like after the applicant for the 10th March, other applicants haven't heard back.
