leave to remain

Hi guys, just got my doc back, my solicitor did make a mistake and said indefinite but it was not. It's just leave to remain for 30 months. But still blessed.

Thanks guys so happy I found this forum. It was a fresh application made a yr and three weeks ago. My solicitor said it is indefinite but I will be sure when I see all my documents

Guys guess what I got granted today.... My solicitor called me sand told me the good news, still can't believe it.... I'm in shock. I'm free at last.

Is it a good idea to contact ukba myself?. It's been a year and I still don't know what is happening to my application. My solicitor wrote them twice and I still haven't heard anything.

I can't believe your sister got refused. That's crazy....I hope she gets a chance to appeal, hopefully your mp made a mistake because you haven't receive any refusal letter yet.

Boris Said it would cost the taxpayers to much money to deport immigrants it's cheaper, easier to just give amnesty to persons who has been living in the UK for 20 years.

I know some useless people who got their papers and I'm wondering how and why.... I wish I sorted mine out a few years back when the ukba was weak, now they are refusing everyone and changing rules. Yes it's good to stay positive but with these people you never know, all the useless people who come ...

Sorry to hear about your bad news @godgives...this is why I'm scared, people get refused for no reason yet the people who commit crimes in their home country and only want to be in the UK to claim benefits is who gets granted, it's sad... this month has been full of bad news

I already sent two letters to ukba I am really tempted to ask my solicitor to send another. But I know the get angry when people send letters and call.

@Godgives, my solicitor said it had to be exactly 14 years, at the time I was a month short of 14 years because the rules were changing he wanted me to get my application sent in, and thanks for the kind words guys, I'm just worried because the ukba are being assholes right now.
