Congrats!!

I am just curious. Can we ask for refund of priority application fee (500£) if the application decision is made outside their SLA (5 days)? Anyone tried asking for refund for delayed priority application decision (even if it is only few days delayed outside their SLA of 5 days).

Hi Cr001, Thanks very much for your reply. I have one more query. My passport is valid only till 2016 November mid which is 4 months from now. Is there any requirement that i have to have 6 months validity on passport when i enter UK ( i will be returning to uk by july mid itself) ? Thanks in advance.

Could anyone please confirm if I have to do anything from my side on COS cancellation?

My new employer is going to issue COS this week. Should I tell them / mention it anywhere in visa process that there was a COS withdrawal earlier with different Sponser?

yes, I am on tier 2 established staff visa.

My tier 2 was initially on march 15th 2011, since then I've been renewing the visa in UK continuously and my current tier 2 ICT visa is valid till April 2017.

I am NOT being offered a salary in excess of £155k in my new job.

Thanks for your response.

I called UKBA tier 2 call centre number and asked this question. They said job centre plus advertisement for 28 days is fine and I can apply for visa.

I am not sure if there is still a problem on this :?
