Tier 2- English Language Requirement for ILR

Hi All

I have 1 quick Question. I had Qualification from UK (Master's Degree in 2008). Do i still need to take the test for English Language. My Mrs who is applying as defendant has done the required test but I don't see Degree in UK option on ILR forms. Can someone please help

Hi there,

I have a quick question. If my employer certifies maintenance funds by using Sponsor Management System, do i still need a letter from my employer confirming they certify funds?

It seems bit of duplication if they have already ticked the box.
