English Language Requirement for Tier 2

Hi

Please can someone confirm if Trinity's Graded Examinations in Spoken English Grade 5 accepted by UKBA for ILR to meet the english lang requirement.

Also to meet the english lang requirement based on degree taught in English, what documents are required. Is the original degree enough. Thanks
