I have been Informed by the Immigiration Lawer through Television Channel, that if you switch category like WP to HSMP or HSMP to WP then you need to remain in that category for 5 Years to get settlement.

This needs to be clarified and if it's true then it may impact many people.

Because Tier1 and Tier2 group people only can enroute for settlement according to Homeoffice.
