Today I have received the Registration Cirtificates from Home Office for both the Kids.

Applied through NCS on - 16-Nov-09
Cirtificate Received on - 04-Dec-09

Yes, the children are living in the UK with us.

I thought it is section 3(1) but I would like to get it confirmed.
I am applying thorugh NCS on next Tuesday. I will update the status after that.

After getting British Passport, On What capacity the baby can staty in India until the baby returns to the UK.

For that time do we need apply for VISA to stay in India?

I have been Informed by the Immigiration Lawer through Television Channel, that if you switch category like WP to HSMP or HSMP to WP then you need to remain in that category for 5 Years to get settlement.

This needs to be clarified and if it's true then it may impact many people.

Page no 26 of the weblink provided by garichad, clearly tells that ICT(Intra Company Transfers) category people (like us :D) will fall under Tier2 in the new point based system. So nothing to worry I believe.

No Restrictions on my Passport like "No Recourse to Public Funds" etc.

I also think that we need ILR for Child Tax Credit. Since it's also comes under Public Funds.

Is there any doucument from HO that says after ILR we can claim all the benefits?
