P60 & P45

I am on Tier ICT issued in Feb 2009. I arrived in UK March 2009 and left UK in Dec 2010. I traveled back to UK in July 2011 and have been here since then. I have worked for the same employer since 2009. My Employer has provided me P60 for 2009-10, P45 for 2010-11 and P60 for 2011-12 & 2012-13. C...

I received employment history from HMRC. It says no information available for the first 3 years. Basically, my Employer filed tax on my behalf and I did not have a NI number until 2012.

Is there an alternative?

P60 unavailable for 2 years

I arrived in UK in March 2009 on Tier 2 ICT visa. My Employer filed tax on my behalf for the financial years 2009-10 & 2010-11. I got 2 questions - 1) Can I produce my payslips for 2009-10 & 2010-11 instead of P60s or is there an alternative? (I called HMRC and they said they do not have any...

Switching from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General

My tier 2 ICT was issued in March 2009 for 3 years, I applied for extension in Feb 2012 and got it extended for 2 years. Am I eligible to switch into tier 2 general?

Sponsor process

Once sponsor licence is received -

1) How long before CoS is allocated to the Sponsor? Or is this done at the same time when licence is given?
2) Waiting time for Premium tier 2 application appointment?

Please confirm.

RMLT

Please can someone confirm at which stage is RMLT (Resident Market Labour Test) done. Is this before assigning CoS? and who does RMLT?

I'm looking to switch from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 general. My new company has applied for Sponsorship licence and should have it soon.
