I received my approval letter on the 08/08/2013. I sent all the documents ( GNIB card,2 passport photos and the €950) on the 20/08/13 by registered post.I still have not heard anything regarding the citizenship ceremony.Will I be part of the October 21st ceremony? Does this card have permanent residency written on it or EU fam ? Any body have permanent residency in ireland. I have it. Got the approval letter a few days back. After sending the money , etc, I got a call saying that I need to send the Original Approval letter to them as they need it for their records. I finally got my invitation letter to the october 21st citizenship ceremony. Mary did you get yours? Invitations will still be sent out all the way to first week in october.
