This may well be me freakkng out, because I've misunderstood the QUES in sec 3A of the form where they ask if 'I've had any passport before 'and hence responded incorrectly saying 'no' it makes me wonder about it.

@ap2013: if you have been on tier1 general through out(like I was) without changing visa categories you wouldn't required any extra documents from your entry clearance days. Just make sure you are being thorough and very clear in your application.
