I have a query for English language requirement.

I have taken IELTS back in 2011 for the spouse visa, do i need to take ielts test again this time ?

I also have UK NARIC approving certificate for the bachelors degree? will it serve the purpose?

The 12th August 2013 is fine, the form is set(m). I would suggest applying with the Settlement Checking Service (click) and saving your money. I got the Spouse visa valid from: 20-05-2011 valid until :20-08-2013 and I entered the UK on : 07-09-2011 How soon can I apply for the ILR?
