The 5 bodies that you have mentioned are supervisory bodies for Audit purposes only.

All the recognized bodies are members of IFAC

Re: (IFA) accountant accepted by Ukba for Tier 1 Entrepreneu

There seems to be a discrepancy in UKBA guidance for Tier 1 (Ent) regarding IFA I have spoken to Mr David Woodgate (CEO) of IFA and have met him atleast 3 times. He states that IFA was given full charter for Visa applications in 2011 and as per his opinion this is only a discrepancy that they have n...

Re: Is money spent on a business always a "director's loan"?

A director loan usually stands as a short term transaction
If the balance sheet shows it as a long term investment then it is ok. The most appropriate approach is to increase / decrease issued share capital whenever money flows in or out from director's personal account to business account

Re: TIER 1 APPEAL WITHDRAWAL AND TIER 2 APPLY- MARKET TEST N

In your case RLMT is not required as you are still on Tier 1(PSW) under section 3C (Assuming that you made the appeal in time) COS can be issued because you are still under section 3C and are legal. The visa application process is a bit different in your case. I think you need to withdraw your appea...

Hi My appeal to First Tribunal was dismissed on 28-Feb-14.... I am putting a new application for Tier 1( Ent) Visa. I have a serious concern. As per my understanding Section 3C applies on me for 5 working days. Should I first apply for Permission to appeal to upper tribunal and then put my fresh app...

Wish it was that easy :(
It is not that difficult. The only thing is that when we surrender our rights in front of others then we think that it is not possible. Anyhow this is not difficult

The best way is to open a business account and transfer the funds in it. Otherwise if you both will keep 25,000 in your respective accounts then you both have to make 1 declaration each (must be notarized) and both will need legal letter from other team member's solicitor. This is not only complex ...

You must have included the relationship in affidavit / declaration from third party.
It may state that "MR Applicant is my friend" or what ever the relationship is. But it must be included in affidavit

There is no specific time. UKBA is struggling with applications and no body can tell you the exact or even an idea time. If somebody makes a guess then please do not rely on it. There were some quick decisions but people are waiting for more than 7-8 months so please do not judge the timings

It is safe to rely on an OISC regulated adviser. You do not have much choice as a permannet settled employee will cost you much more. Also one thing you must keep in mind that if a user reveals his password to someone else then the TIER2 LICENSE will be REVOKED. It is a gross misconduct so please ta...

Also if the employee changes the home address then the employer do not need to notify the change to home office. There is no provision in sponsor management system. The employer needs to update its records at office only.
